This is a rather nice and authentic Korean BBQ restaurant hidden within Bukit timah plaza. They serve Korean BBQ, army stew and the other usual Korean dishes. The minute you are seated, the servers set you table up. You will have the usual sauces and condiments that you see at Korean BBQ. The banchan are apparently refillable but we didn’t need to. It was unfortunately not the tastiest and it was all pickled. We ordered 2 meat - the aged beef short ribs and the aged black pork neck. The beef was so good. The meat were cooked for us to how we liked it. We also had their seafood pancake which was also very tasty. They also served complimentary salad and steamed egg. Bottled water is also free flow when we choose the Korean bbq option. Definitely a good place to try.

Tucked away on the top floor of Bukit Timah Mall away from most other restaurants but worth seeking out if you want good quality Korean BBQ. It's high-end meat and priced accordingly, although not unreasonably so. They bring bottled water but it's complimentary (which led to the odd interaction where we asked for two bottles and were told 'no, you finish one first'). Given that the water isn't charged, I now understand the response, but it was weird at the time. From a food perspective, it's great. The meat is the standout and both the beef and pork were delicious.

Celebrated a birthday here and the service was impeccable! The food was lovely and came out in a timely manner. I also love how they would cook the meat to perfection so we could focus on our conversations.

The pancake is nice. The meat is decent too. Cos of the crowd, service may not be that readily available, and the floor is slippery as can be oily. Need to walk slowly

Went for lunch! Ordered spicy pork set, it comes w rice, stew and side dishes! Self service egg are available too (cook on ur own!). They provide free coffee too but please inform the staff the choice of ur coffee (it’s not self service). Overall food is really good. Portion is huge for me. Will definitely return!

Really fun eating here! Had a aged beef short rib lunch set and also added on a dinner item of ala carte pork belly meat. Meats are grilled to perfection (char, fragrance, doneness) and come to your table ready to eat. Drinking Makgeolli from an aluminum short and wide cup was an interesting experience too. Sides are tasty. Sauce/condiments are great. White rice super tasty and perfectly cooked. Also interesting to pour in rice water to the hot bowl and wait 10min for a watery porridge with the char taste and rice fragrance.

#GOKBBQ #GOKJJAJANG #SINGAPOREFOOD #BESTKFOOD Wow 😧 this place really surprised me!! i'm more of a beef than pork person but i tried the Pork Set A and WOW their pork is really out of the world!! really surprised me very pleased with the food and their beef also nice 👌 but if you want to come here i really recommend the Aged black pork belly as it is really different. their staff really polite and if u eat bbq meat they will give u one free korean hotpot egg which was also REALLY GOOD with their meat and rice staff will help u cook and they really did a good job! will definitely recommend this place to bbq lovers 10/10

Good food with unfortunately subpar service. Except for the guy at the front showing us in, not many other service staff there looked like they wanted to be there. The worst part about it was that we were a party of 9 offered only one grill because the other one was “not working”. We were only informed when while we were ordering. We had to ordered a good amount of “pre-cooked” food to tide one half of the table over. They also forgot one of the items we ordered. I imagined being there on a Saturday night might have played a part in the poor service. All in all not a very pleasant visit in spite of the food being quite decent. May come by again on a weekday if we’re in the area again to see if the service improves.
